As a data sub-processor, HelloServer provides the necessary data processing agreements for our customers in the following manner:

HelloServer has integrated the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) into its Sales Terms and Conditions. These GDPR-compliant Sales Terms and Conditions apply to all current and new orders and the use of Services provided by HelloServer. Therefore, there is no need to enter into separate Data Processing Agreements.

HelloServer is committed to ensuring that your privacy and personal data are protected. We will use your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You can read the full Privacy Statement.
